The Quadrant is situated in a prominent location at the front of the established Abingdon Science Park, near the heart of the historic town of Abingdon. Medieval buildings are still in evidence, as are the alms houses and ancient courtyards nestling beneath the impressive St Mary’s church.
There is a Waitrose in walking distance of The Quadrant, and the adjacent high street area offers a wide range of essential amenities. Café’s and restaurants are in easy reach, including Pizza Express, Ask, Beefeater, together with a range of Chinese/Indian/Thai restaurants. Abingdon has also retained some of its quirky and original pubs in the the town centre, serving the best local ales and pub grub.
Sports facilities are right on the doorstep. The newly extended White Horse Leisure centre is merely minutes away and features tennis, gym and swimming. And not forgetting the River Thames which has boat hire and is a bustling local hotspot.
Abingdon can be accessed easily from the A34, with Oxford and the M40, and Newbury, Didcot and the M4 minutes away. Frequent buses also help to connect Abingdon in touch with the local villages and towns surrounding Abingdon and Oxford.
Local rail services are available at Culham and Appleford, just down the road, whilst mainline services run from Didcot and Oxford.
